    Get PDF
This research aims to develop mobile learning integrated with LMS and test its effectiveness motivation learning on the topic of buffer solutions. The research was conducted at SMA AL-HASRA from November 2020 to June 2021. The research and development method by Borg and Gall was used by modifying five stages, needs analysis; product development; validation; product testing; and implementation. Testing used quantitative method with post-test only control group design and analysis using independent sample t-test. The resulting mobile learning medium is called "LarutanPenyangga.apk" which is compatible with Android devices which provides summaries, video animations, kimi, quiz, and application buffer solutions in daily life. The feasibility test for topic and language resulted 82.25% with a reliability 0.975. The feasibility test for media 75.05% with a reliability 0.960. Trial test have very good criteria. The effectiveness test of motivation learning percentage is 68.4% and has a good category. Based on the t-test, obtained ttable < tcount. It can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant positive effect from the use of integrated mobile learning with LMS to increase students' learning motivation on buffer solutions topic

    Get PDF
This study aimed to determine the effect of mobile learning and learning style on students’ scientific literacy in the salt hydrolysis concept. This research was conducted at Senior High School 42 Jakarta with a sample of 56 students consisting of 28 students with visual learning style and 28 students with auditory learning style. The sample in the study was randomly selected. The research method used was experimental with 2x2 design level treatment and analyzed by Two-Way ANOVA. The results showed that there were differences in scientific literacy between groups of students who used mobile and traditional learning (without considering learning styles) and groups of students who used a combination of consideration of learning styles and mobile learning. The use of mobile learning has a positive effect on scientific literacy outcomes when applied to group visual learning styles. Whereas, in the audio learning style group, the use of mobile learning media provided lower scientific literacy results compared to traditional learning media

    Get PDF
The study aimed to develop web-based learning media on colloidal system topic using wordpress CMS. It comes from challenges to make an attractive  learning system for students. The research method ADDIE model developed by Dick and Carrey. The research instrument was questionaires. This learning media had been validated by media experts, material experts, chemistry educators and field trials. The result showed that the learning media is valid and feasible to be used in teaching and learning activities on system colloid lessons. It is proven based on the average score which is converted in to good and very good categories according to the ideal assessment criteria. While the result of small group trial showed the average scores of 19 and 19.4 for aspects of learning material and 35.5 and 38.1 for aspects of appearance and operation are both categorized as a good category

This writing aims to understand and see the potential results of research in the form intellectual property of higher education, especially at the State University of Jakarta (UNJ), both copyrights and patents whose products have been downstream so that the community can feel the benefits. In 2019, UNJ was ranked 59th in the ranking of Higher Education Clusters in Indonesia based on research performance and community service given by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, and then in 2020, UNJ was ranked 20th. In 2021, UNJ received an "Excellent” (Unggul) Institutional Accreditation rating from BAN-PT. These achievements were obtained, among others, from the element of increasing results of research UNJ, especially those that can be protected by Intellectual Property Rights managed by the Center for Scientific Publications and Intellectual Property Rights at the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) UNJ since 2019. In 2019 and 2020, LPPM UNJ also received the 1st rank award for the highest Copyright Recording from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights for the Research Institute category. In 2022, Post-Pandemic era, UNJ also won an award for the highest number of Top 10 Copyright Registrations in Indonesia in 2022 in the Higher Education Category. This writing was carried out using a qualitative approach through the case study research method which was sourced from primary data interviews with managers of Intellectual Property Rights at the Center for Scientific Publications and Intellectual Property Rights of LPPM UNJ, as well as secondary data found on UNJ's website and other official literature. The population of this study is only within the UNJ environment. The conclusions of potential research results at UNJ are currently most registered under the Copyright and Patent regime. FLIPPED CLASSROOM: ALTERNATIVE OF THE MODEL OF LEARNING TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES IN K-10

    Get PDF
This study aimed to determine the effect of applying the flipped classroom model to students’ learning outcomes in oxidation-reduction reactions. It was conducted in SMAN 47 Jakarta. Research method is quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 72 students were taken with purposive sampling. Independent variables are the flipped classroom model and direct instructional. Chemistry learning outcome became a dependent variable. The flipped classroom model is invers of the traditional learning model. Students learn the instructional material at home through videos and discussions in class. Analysis of the requirement’s test showed that the data were normally distributed and had homogeneous variances. Hypothesis testing showed different results in a significant level of 0.05. The differences of average value between pretest and posttest of the experimental group is 12.50. While the differences in the control group was 7.17. It can be concluded that the difference of average value between pretest and posttest of the experimental group is higher than the control group. The flipped classroom model can improve students’ learning outcomes in the oxidation-reduction reaction

Examining the e-learning attitudes of Indonesian students during the COVID-19 pandemic

    Get PDF
The COVID-19 epidemic has impacted higher education institutions across the country by switching traditional teaching practices to online learning. The attitudes of students towards e-learning are essential to research in order to determine the extent to which successful implementation of online learning. Thus, this research aims to evaluate the attitudes of Indonesian students towards e-learning throughout the pandemic. The study adopted a quantitative research approach through a survey questionnaire. The attitude of students was evaluated using the attitude scale towards e-learning. The questionnaire comprised 20 items assessing students’ attitudes towards remote learning. A questionnaire was distributed to 342 (255 female and 87 male) undergraduate students who took online courses at an Indonesian state university. The statistical analyses including descriptive statistics, t-tests and one-way ANOVA were used in the present study. The results suggested that students’ e-learning attitudes tend to be neutral. The t-test and ANOVA indicated that there was no statistically significant gap in students’ attitudes with respect to gender, daily internet usage time or level of COVID-19. Meanwhile, age, study year and personal computer ownership exerted a statistically significant impact on e-learning attitudes. Teachers can better prepare for the adoption of online learning during COVID-19 and beyond by using the valuable insights provided by the findings

Synthesis of 1,9-bis [1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-hydroxy-4- pyrazolol)-1,9-nonanedione (HL-7-LH) and its application for the extraction of cobalt (II), nickel (II), and cadmium (II) have been carried out. The HL-7-LH were prepared by treating a dioxane solution of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone (H2PMP) containing calcium hydroxide catalyst with azelaoyl dichloride [ClCO(CH2)7C0C1l Purification of the HL-7-LH obtained were done by mean recrystallization in etanoltoluena (9:1) at 70°C. Characterization of the HL-7-LH were done by infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic techniques. The application of the HL-7-LH as extractant in the extraction of cobalt, nickel, and cadmium were performed in chloroform and dichloromethane. It was observed that the effectivity of the extraction increases as the extractant concentration and pH increases. Results show that cobalt, nickel, and cadmium extraction in chloroform wereobtained with the extraction constants (log Keks) = -5,37, -5,44, -5,22 and at dichloromethane were -5,19, - 5,24, and -5,08.Key Word : Synthesis, effectivity of the extraction, the extraction constant
